Moderator Application topic

Hello everybody I just wanted to say I am recruiting mod's first off I want to get to know you guys better so I know I can trust you, second moderation is fun and all but it takes some responsibility. Keeping the topics clean, Banning members, Adding sticky's and new topics with news on the 360. so if your up for the job please reply in here and get this site going!

devided over reviews and previews, general chat, achievement boosting/guides/lists etc.
Need the most moderators for achievement boosting/guides/lists etc. because that takes time.
I would say 4 o n that section, three on the reviews and previews section, 3 on hot and not hot, 2 on general chat
